Plans are tiered by how many properties you manage, not per-property. Starter ($39.99/mo) covers 1–3 properties, Growth ($79.99/mo) covers 4–10, Pro ($149.99/mo) covers 11–25, and Manager ($249.99/mo) is unlimited. You can also save 20% with annual billing.
Each unique STR address is one property. If a listing appears on both Airbnb and VRBO, it still counts as 1. What matters is the physical location, not how many platforms it's listed on.
No. Crew members are included in your plan: Starter is solo-only, Growth includes up to 3 crew, Pro up to 15, Manager is unlimited.
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data is always preserved — you just lose access to tier-specific features (like crew coordination on Starter) after the downgrader.
We'll warn you at 80% capacity. If you hit your limit, your existing data stays safe but you'll need to upgrade to add more properties. We won't charge you overage fees without telling you first.
Turno charges per property per month ($10/property). We charge a flat rate based on scale. So if you manage 20 properties, Turno costs $200/mo — our Growth plan is $79.99 and covers up to 10, Pro is $149.99 for up to 25. Plus we're built for cleaners, not hosts. Every feature starts with your workflow.
Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com on all plans. Starter gets 1 platform sync, Growth gets 3, Pro and Manager are unlimited. We're adding more integrations regularly — see the full list.

Yes. Route optimization works anywhere Google Maps works, which is practically everywhere. It maps your properties for the day and builds the most efficient route between them.
When you mark a turnover complete, an invoice auto-generates and sends to the host. Once they pay (via the Host Portal), the funds hit your account via direct deposit within 24 hours through Stripe or Square.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel in the app and you keep access through the end of your billing period. Your data is always exportable.
